Mumbai, September 9, 2025: The much-awaited fourth installment of Tiger Shroff’s action franchise, “Baaghi 4,” has opened to a mixed response at the box office.
The film, which hit screens on September 5, 2025, has collected around Rs 31.25 crore in its first three days. This is a very low number for the franchise. It is the lowest opening weekend collection for any “Baaghi” film.

Baaghi Collection
The news is a disappointment for Tiger Shroff fans. The actor has built his career on this action series. “Baaghi 2” was a huge blockbuster. It had a massive opening weekend. The film collected Rs 73.10 crore in its first weekend. “Baaghi 3” also did well with Rs 53.83 crore. But “Baaghi 4” has not been able to match them.

Baaghi 4 Box Office Collection Day-by-Day
“Baaghi 4” started slowly on its first day. The film earned about Rs 12 crore on Friday, its opening day. This was a decent start, but it was not a big one.
On Saturday, the collection dropped. It earned around Rs 9.25 crore. This is a bad sign for any film. It means people are not going to see it as much.
On Sunday, the numbers went up slightly. The film collected about Rs 10 crore. Still, the total weekend number is not very good. It is much lower than what was expected.
Baaghi 4 Box Office Collection Day 4
On Monday, the numbers dropped. The film collected about Rs 4.25 crore. The Drop was expected. Still, the total collection is not very good. It is much lower than what was expected.
With Day 4, Baaghi 4’s total box office collection now stands at Rs 35.5 crore.
Why did “Baaghi 4” not do well?
Film experts are giving many reasons for the film’s low box office collection.
Tough competition: “Baaghi 4” was released at the same time as a big Hollywood horror film, “The Conjuring: Last Rites.” This Hollywood film has done very well in India. It has earned more than Rs 50 crore in just three days. Many people went to see this Hollywood film instead of “Baaghi 4.”
‘A’ certificate: The film got an ‘A’ rating from the Censor Board. This means people under 18 cannot watch it. Tiger Shroff has a lot of young fans, especially kids. The ‘A’ certificate stopped them from watching the film in theaters. (Well, this could be a reason, according to the directors, but we all know the truth about most theaters.)
Mixed reviews: The reviews for the film have been mixed. Some people have praised Tiger Shroff’s action scene, including me. They have said the stunts are very good. But many others have said the story is weak. They feel the action is too much and the story is not good. (My opinion: Well, let’s move on)
Repetitive action: The “Baaghi” franchise is known for its high-octane action. But some critics say the action in “Baaghi 4” is the same as the previous films. It feels repetitive. There is nothing new.

Looking Ahead
The real test for “Baaghi 4” started on Monday. The film saw a huge drop in collections on its first Monday. It earned only Rs 4.25 crore. This is a big fall from Sunday’s numbers. It shows that the film is not being liked by the audience.
Tiger Shroff has a lot riding on this film. He has not had a big hit for some time. He was hoping “Baaghi 4” would change that. But the film has not lived up to expectations. The collection numbers are very low. It seems this installment has failed to impress the audience.
Conclusion
“Baaghi 4” is a major setback for the “Baaghi” franchise. It is also a disappointment for Tiger Shroff. The film has faced tough competition. Its ‘A’ certificate has also hurt its business. The audience feedback has been weak. It looks like the film will struggle to recover in the coming days.
The low numbers show that just action is not enough. A good story is also very important for a film to become a hit.
