Kochi, Sunday: Malayalam superstar Mohanlal’s new film, “Hridayapoorvam,” had a steady but not spectacular first weekend at the box office.

The family drama, which was released on Thursday, August 28, 2025, collected ₹3.6 crore on its fourth day, Sunday. This brings the film’s total box office collection to an estimated ₹12.35 crore in the first four days.

“Hridayapoorvam” had a good opening day, earning ₹3.25 crore. However, its collections saw a dip on Friday, falling to ₹2.5 crore. It showed a slight recovery on Saturday with ₹3 crore. The Sunday collections, though better than the previous two days, suggest the film is not getting the huge audience turnout expected of a Mohanlal film.
