Morning occupancy has dipped to 5.54%, a sharp 17.1% drop from yesterday’s morning shows. This is the first time the film is showing signs of standard theatrical fatigue. The show count has been reduced to 2,261 today to accommodate the arrival of Dhurandhar re-releases and new regional titles like Gabru.
However, the afternoon occupancy saw a small recovery at 9.38%, though it still remains 20.8% lower than yesterday’s pace. The film is now a “pure multiplex play” in the NCR and Mumbai regions. Smaller mass centers are slowly shifting focus to newer action releases. Every lakh added from here is a bonus for the producers.
