Mumbai, August 29, 2025: Superstar Rajinikanth’s much-awaited film, “Coolie,” has completed 16 days in cinemas. After a roaring start, the film’s box office collection has slowed down. Still, it is inching closer to a big milestone. The film, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is now close to joining the ₹300 crore club in India.

However, the second week has seen a big drop in collections. While the second weekend showed a slight jump, the weekday numbers have been low.
Despite the drop, “Coolie” has performed very well at the worldwide box office. The film is Close to crossing the ₹500 crore mark globally. This is a huge achievement. It shows that Rajinikanth’s star power is still strong, not just in India but also overseas.

Coolie Movies’ 16th-day Collection for all languages is around ₹2.19 Crore. Including day 16, the total collection of the Coolie movie now stands at ₹273.69 Crore net at the Indian box office.

Including Today’s Collection, Superstar Rajinikanth’s Coolie Movie has crossed the Rs 500 Crore Mark globally.
