This is during a big election. The plot is about a trainee police officer, SI Pugazh, played by Tharshan, and a retiring Sub-inspector, Periyasamy, played by the talented Lal. Their lives get complicated when a gun from a famous person goes missing and a lot of election money is stolen.
The main conflict in the film is between two police officers and a dreaded gangster named Kanago, played by Sujith Shankar. Kanago feels that whatever happened to his brother is because of Periyasamy. He starts fighting.
Thus, young officer Topaz, who sees the senior officer as a father figure, has to save him. The story shows how loyalty, betrayal, and dangerous encounters are intertwined.
