The Second Week’s Struggles
The second week has been very tough for “Kishkindhapuri.” The film is facing strong competition from other new releases, and its collections have fallen sharply.
On Day 8, the film’s collection dropped to ₹0.70 crore. While the second weekend saw a slight jump with ₹1.20 crore on Saturday (Day 9) and ₹1.15 crore on Sunday (Day 10), it was not enough to bring the film back into the race.
The weekday collections have been very low. On Day 11, the film’s earning was just ₹0.43 crore, and now on Day 12, it has gone down further to ₹0.35 crore.
The film’s performance is not what was expected. The reviews for the film have been mixed. While some people liked the horror parts, others felt the story was not strong enough. The film’s budget is around ₹12 crore, and it was expected to earn at least ₹25 crore to be a box office success. However, with its current collections, it seems unlikely to reach that target.
