Wednesday, 05 November 2025 Box Office Report: The Winners
This Wednesday, the box office was ruled by small-budget films that the audience loves. Good word-of-mouth is helping them earn crores.

Dies Irae (Day 06) Collection
Dies Irae is proving to be a box office champion. On Wednesday, Day 06, the film collected ₹2.3 Crore. This is a very strong hold after the first weekend.
The film was made on a small budget of just ₹16 Crore. It has already collected ₹24.65 Crore in India’s Net collections. This means the movie is already a clean Super Hit. It has recovered its budget and is now making big profits for its producers and distributors.
The worldwide collection is also excellent. Dies Irae has collected ₹51.63 Crore (WW BO) so far. It is performing much better than many big-budget films.

Roi Roi Binale (Day 06) Collection
This is the surprise blockbuster of the season. Roi Roi Binale was made on a tiny budget of only ₹4 Crore.
On its sixth day (Wednesday), the film collected an amazing ₹1.97 Crore. This is almost half of its entire budget in just one day!
The total India Net collection for Roi Roi Binale now stands at ₹11.43 Crore. This is almost three times its budget. The film is a certified Blockbuster. The audience has loved this small film. Its worldwide gross is ₹13.59 Crore, which is also fantastic for its budget.

Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat (Day 16) Collection
This film is the definition of “steady.” Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat is in its third week, but it is still earning good money.
On Day 16 (it’s the third Wednesday), the film collected ₹1.91 Crore. This is a great number for an older film. The film’s budget was ₹35 Crore.
Its total India Net collection is ₹70.21 Crore. It has officially doubled its budget, making it another Super Hit film. It is also close to a big milestone worldwide. The total WW BO collection is ₹95 Crore. It will cross the 100 Crore mark worldwide very soon.

Kantara Chapter 1 (Day 35) Collection
What can we say about this film? Kantara Chapter 1 is a phenomenon. It is now in its fifth week (Day 35).
Even after so many days, it collected ₹1.16 Crore on Wednesday. This is simply historic. Most films are out of theatres by their 35th day.

The film’s budget was ₹125 Crore. Its total India Net collection is a massive ₹614.26 Crore. This is an All-Time Blockbuster. It has broken many records. The worldwide collection is an unbelievable ₹843.01 Crore. Kantara Chapter 1 is the biggest success story of the year.
The Films That Are Struggling
While small films are celebrating, some big-budget movies are facing huge losses. The Wednesday collections show that the audience has rejected them.

Thamma (Day 16) Collection
Thamma was one of the biggest films, with a huge budget of ₹150 Crore. But the film has failed to perform at the box office.
On Day 16, it collected ₹1.9 Crore. While this number looks similar to Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, the big difference is the budget. Thamma needed to earn much more to be a hit.
Its total India Net collection is only ₹125.95 Crore after 16 days. This is still less than its budget. The film is a Flop. It will be very difficult for Thamma to recover its money now. Its worldwide collection is ₹174.94 Crore, which is also not good enough for its budget.

The Taj Story (Day 06) Collection
The Taj Story has been completely rejected by the audience. The film was made with a budget of ₹30 Crore.
On Day 06 (Wednesday), it collected only ₹1.27 Crore. The collections are very low.
In 6 days, the film has only collected ₹9.87 Crore (India Net). It has not even crossed the 10 Crore mark. This is a big Disaster. The film will be removed from most theatres by this Friday. Its worldwide collection is also very poor at ₹12.07 Crore.

Mass Jathara (Day 05) Collection
This is the biggest failure of the week. Mass Jathara was a big-budget film, made for ₹90 Crore.
The film has crashed completely. On Day 05, it collected only ₹0.89 Crore. It has failed to even collect 1 Crore. This is a terrible sign for such a big movie.
The total India Net collection in 5 days is just ₹13.69 Crore. For a 90 Crore film, this is a Mega Disaster. The film will lose almost all of its money. The worldwide collection is ₹17.07 Crore.
Other Box Office Performers

Baahubali: The Epic (Day 06) Collection
Baahubali: The Epic is doing decent business. On Day 06, it collected ₹1.59 Crore.
The total India Net collection for the film is now ₹29.74 Crore. It is heading towards the 30 Crore mark. Its worldwide collection is ₹47.71 Crore. Without a budget, we cannot give a hit or flop verdict. But the collections are steady.
