Shahid Kapoor’s O’ Romeo is showing a very interesting trend on its second Thursday. Even though the movie is finishing its second week, it hasn’t crashed. Looking at todayโs morning and afternoon occupancy, there is a surprising jump.
While the morning started a bit slow, the afternoon shows saw a huge 28% growth compared to yesterday. This is a great sign because it shows that the urban audience is still interested in Shahidโs intense performance. The show count has also stayed high at 2,442, which is more than yesterday. It seems the “buy one get one” offers and positive word-of-mouth in big cities are helping the film hold its ground.
Since it is the last day before new releases arrive on Friday, many fans are catching up with the film today. If the night shows follow this positive trend, the film will end its second week with a very respectable number.
